Returns & Refund Policy
At ECHOKEEPING LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refund process in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. Right to Return
You have the right to return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@echokeeping.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a returns authorisation and instructions within 2 business days.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: items damaged due to misuse, items returned after 30 days, and items not in their original condition.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@echokeeping.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
