Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping is free for eligible returns once the return request is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • defective
  • incorrect

Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Exchanges

To exchange a product, please return the original item first.
After the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
